Annual Preventative Maintenance Inspection (PMI) includes:

Lubing of rails, guides, rollers, and other components
Cleaning of pit and car top
Tightening down all hardware deemed necessary
Making minor adjustments to unit if needed
Inspection of proper and safe operations of unit

Single PMI — $650
3-Year Plan — $1,650
5-Year Plan — $2,575
