CEU credits will be offered to Nurses, OT’s, PT’s for this 2 hour seminar.

Meet the Presenters

Amy Finke, Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS), Certified Environmental Access Consultant (CEAC)

Amy has over ten years of experience and expertise helping
clients with home safety and accessibility solutions. Prior to
joining Lifeway Mobility, Amy owned a specialized building
company focused on designing and constructing home
modifications for seniors and those with special needs.
Leveraging her experience and law degree, she regularly
collaborates with elder law and special needs attorneys,
health care providers, clinicians, and geriatric care managers
to meet the home modification needs of their clients

Chris Frombach, OTR/L

Chris has been a treating Occupational Therapist for over 20 years and has worked in mental health, durable medical equipment, home care, and geriatric physical disabilities. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy and is registered and licensed to work in the state of CT. Chris has completed countless home evaluations for short term residents of the skilled nursing facilities, easing the transition from short term rehabilitation to home by making recommendations designed to make homes safer and more accessible.
